today i received the a/s from the factory. and i found something different from the original sample.please find it in the attached pictures.
a. the color of the polar bear is grey.
b.the bottom ice pattern is not completely printed out.
the above-mentioned problems are caused by the wrong printing plate made by the factory. we'll require the factory to develop the right print plate.

the factory a/s has reached my today . yet i've found some spots distinct from the orignal . please check the pictures attached:
1.the polar bear is in gray.
2.the ice at the bottom doesn't paint out completely.
it's the factory that wrongly used the printing plate and i'll get the factory republished.
